2. זכות להתאמות
(א)מועמד עם לקות למידה זכאי להתאמות בהליך הקבלה למוסד על־תיכוני, לפי הוראות חוק זה; לעניין זה, ”הליך הקבלה“ – לרבות בחינות ומטלות שמטרתן הערכה ומיון של מועמדים למוסדות על־תיכוניים, הנערכות על ידי גורם אחר ומשמשות בהליך הקבלה של המוסד.
(ב)תלמיד עם לקות למידה זכאי להתאמות במסגרת לימודיו במוסד על־תיכוני שבו הוא לומד, לפי הוראות חוק זה.
