7י. השעיה מכהונה
תיקון: תשע״ד
הוגשו נגד חבר הוועדה כתב אישום או קובלנה משמעתית בעבירה פלילית או משמעתית שמפאת מהותה, חומרתה או נסיבותיה, אין הוא ראוי לכהן כחבר הוועדה, רשאי השר להשעותו מכהונתו עד למתן פסק דין סופי בעניינו; אין בהוראות סעיף זה כדי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 7ט(4).
