14. חובת ענידת תג מזהה
מפקח לא יעשה שימוש בסמכויות הנתונות לו לפי פרק זה, אלא בעת מילוי תפקידו וכשהוא עונד באופן גלוי תג המזהה אותו ואת תפקידו ואם יש בידו תעודה החתומה על ידי השר, המעידה על תפקידו ועל סמכויותיו של מפקח, שאותה יציג על פי דרישה.
