6. ביצוע
השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו, ובכלל זה בענינים אלה:
(1)שיטת הבחירות למועצת המועצה האזורית; תקנות לפי פסקה זו טעונות אישור הועדה;
(2)מספר החברים במועצת המועצה האזורית;
(3)הזכות להיבחר והזכות להירשם בפנקס הבוחרים;
(4)הכנת פנקס הבוחרים;
(5)הכנת הבחירות, הנהלתן וקביעת תוצאותיהן;
(6)תעמולת בחירות.
