30. החלפת יצואן
(א)נקבעה חובת הצמדה בין יצרן לבין יצואן מוסמך, רשאי יצרן לבחור לעצמו את היצואן המוסמך, ורשאי הוא, בהודעה למועצה ששה חדשים מראש, להחליפו ביצואן מוסמך אחר.
(ב)יצרן שלא בחר יצואן מוסמך תוך זמן שנקבע בכללים או בתקנות, ויש לו מכסה, רשאים המועצה או השר, לפי הענין, לקבוע לו יצואן מוסמך לפי שיקול דעתם.
