35. ערר
(א)הרואה עצמו נפגע על־ידי קביעת מכסה אישית לפי סעיף 33 רשאי לערור עליה, תוך חמישה־עשר יום מיום שנמסרה לו ההודעה האישית, לפני ועדת ערר שנתמנתה כאמור בסעיף 34(א).
(ב)ועדת ערר רשאית לאשר את המכסה או לשנותה.
(ג)החלטת ועדת הערר היא סופית ואין אחריה כלום.
