37. הרכב המועצה
(א)מספר חבריה של מועצה למוצרי פרי־הדר יהיה שלושה־עשר ובהם תשעה נציגי יצרנים, שלושה נציגי ממשלה, שיתמנו, אחד אחד, בידי השר, שר החקלאות ושר האוצר, ונציג היצואנים הכלליים; זכויותיו ותפקידיו של נציג היצואנים הכלליים במועצה ייקבעו בתקנות.
(ב)את יושב ראש המועצה ימנה השר ואת סגנו – שר החקלאות.
