4. הרכב מועצה
(א)מספר חברי מועצה ייקבעו בצו כינונה ובהם 50% לפחות נציגי יצרנים, 15% לפחות נציגי מגדלי פירות וירקות, נציג אחד של היצואנים הכלליים ויתרם נציגי הממשלה שמספרם לא יעלה על שלושה ואשר יתמנו אחד בידי השר, אחד בידי שר החקלאות ואחד בידי שר האוצר.
(ב)זכויותיו ותפקידיו של נציג היצואנים הכלליים במועצה ייקבעו בתקנות.
