42. הטלת קנסות
(א)יצרן או יצואן מוסמך שעבר, בין בעצמו ובין על־ידי עובדיו או סוכניו, על הוראות חוק זה, רשאית ועדת הקנסות להטיל עליו קנס בסכום שלא יעלה על חמשת אלפים לירות, והוא ישולם למועצה; מי שנקנס כאמור לא יועמד לדין על המעשה ששימש עילה להטלת הקנס.
(ב)לא תוגש תובענה לועדת קנסות אלא על־ידי היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או נציגו, לפי קובלנת המועצה שלידה הוקמה הועדה.
