57. סמכויות עזר
כל דבר שמועצה רשאית להסדירו או להתירו לפי חוק זה, רשאית היא להגבילו או להתנותו בתנאים, ורשאית היא להתלות או לבטל כל הרשאה או היתר שנתנה בנוגע לביצוע פעולה לפי חוק זה; הפעלת סמכויות אלה בידי המועצה טעונה אישור השר.
