8. סייגים למינוי חברים
(א)לא יתמנה חבר מועצה ולא יכהן בה מי שעובד אצלה בשכר.
(ב)לא יתמנה חבר מועצה אדם שתוך שבע שנים שקדמו למינוי פשט את הרגל, או נתמנה עליו כונס נכסים מטעם בית המשפט, או הורשע, או נשא עונש, על עבירה שיש עמה קלון.
