24ב. בחירת ממלא מקום בשנת בחירות
תיקון: תשנ״ח, תשס״ג־5
חדל ראש הרשות לכהן מכל אחת מהסיבות המנויות בפסקאות (1) עד (4) של סעיף 24א(א), שנה או פחות לפני מועד הבחירות כאמור בסעיף 3, תבחר המועצה ממלא מקום לראש הרשות מבין חבריה לפי הוראות סעיף 26 והוא יכהן עד בחירת ראש הרשות במועד הבחירות האמור.
