28. פרסום
(א)השר יפרסם ברשומות הודעה על אלה:
(1)בחירה של ראש רשות על ידי המועצה;
(2)בחירה של סגן ראש רשות;
(3)חדילתם של ראש רשות או סגן ראש רשות, מכהונה.
(ב)מזכיר הרשות המקומית יודיע לשר מיד על כל מקרה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א).
