6ב. המועמד המוצע
תיקון: תשנ״ו
(א)מועמד שהוצע לפי סעיף 6א יהיה אזרח ישראלי הזכאי להיבחר כחבר המועצה ואין הוא חייב להיות כלול ברשימת מועמדים כלשהיא.
(ב)הוראות סעיפים 41 ו־42 לחוק הבחירות לא יחולו על מועמד שהוצע לפי סעיף 6א אם מועמד זה כלול ברשימת מועמדים שאושרה.
(ג)מועמד שהוצע לפי סעיף 6א רואים אותו, לכל דבר, כעומד בראש רשימת המועמדים שבה היה כלול המועמד שנפטר.
