3. המהנדס עובד הרשות
המהנדס יהיה עובד הרשות המקומית –
(1)אם מספר התושבים של הרשות המקומית הוא 10,000 לפחות – במשרה מלאה;
(2)בכל מקרה אחר – במשרה חלקית או במשרה מלאה, כפי שתחליט הרשות המקומית.
