16. חומר שאינו ראיה
(א)דוחות או כל מסמך אחר שהוציא או הכין הממונה על תלונות הציבור במילוי תפקידיו לא ישמשו ראיה בכל הליך משפטי או משמעתי.
(ב)הודעה שנתקבלה אגב מילוי תפקידיו של הממונה על תלונות הציבור לא תשמש ראיה בהליך משפטי או משמעתי.
