12. ביצוע ותקנות
תיקון: תשי״ח
שר הפנים ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצוע; שר המשפטים רשאי להתקין תקנות בדבר סדרי הדין בבית המשפט לפי חוק זה ובדבר דיני הראיות שינהגו לפיהם.
