3. מכרז משותף לביוב על פי הוראת השר
תיקון: תשל״ג
(א)שר הפנים רשאי להורות בצו כי לענין ביוב לא תתקשר רשות מקומית בחוזה להזמנת טובין, להזמנת שירותים או לביצוע עבודות, אלא לאחר פרסום מכרז פומבי משותף.
(ב)שר הפנים רשאי להורות לענין ביוב שרשויות מקומיות פלוניות יתקשרו בחוזה להזמנת טובין, הזמנת שירותים או לביצוע עבודות, לאחר פרסום מכרז פומבי משותף להן.
