14. עיון מחדש בצו מניעה
ניתן צו מניעה לטובת בעליו של סוד מסחרי, זכאי הצד שכנגד לבקש, בכל עת, כי ייערך עיון מחדש בצו, בטענה שהסוד המסחרי פורסם; ראה בית המשפט כי המבקש הפיק יתרון לא הוגן מההחזקה בסוד לפני פרסומו, רשאי הוא, כל עוד מתקיים אותו יתרון, להשאיר את הצו בתוקפו.
