34. חקירה שנית
נתן השופט החוקר החלטה לפי הסעיפים 30 או 32, רשאי היועץ המשפטי לממשלה לבקש ממנו לחזור ולחקור ולקבל ראיות נוספות, ובלבד שבקשה כאמור לא תוגש לאחר שעברו חמש שנים מתאריך ההחלטה.
