שולמו פיצויים בשל נזק זיהום כתוצאה מתקרית, לפני הקצאת כספי קרן ההגבלה, עוברות למי ששילם פיצויים כאמור כל הזכויות שהאדם שפוצה על ידו היה נהנה מהן על פי הוראות חוק זה בשיעור התשלומים ששילם.
