27. כשרות משפטית של הקרן הבין־לאומית
(א)הקרן הבין־לאומית היא אישיות משפטית כשרה לכל זכות, חובה ופעולה משפטית.
(ב)מנהל הקרן הבין־לאומית הוא נציגה החוקי של הקרן לענין חוק זה.
