33. תחלוף לקרן הבין־לאומית ולמדינה
(א)שילמה הקרן הבין־לאומית פיצויים לתובע, עוברת זכותו של התובע כלפי בעל כלי השיט, מבטחו, מי שנתן בטוחה כספית או כל אדם אחר, אל הקרן הבין־לאומית, בשיעור התשלומים ששילמה.
(ב)שילמה המדינה או מי מטעמה פיצויים לתובע, עוברת זכותו של התובע כלפי בעל כלי השיט, מבטחו, מי שנתן לו בטוחה כספית או כל אדם אחר, למדינה, בשיעור התשלומים ששילמה.
