7. פיקוח
(א)המנהל רשאי לעלות על כלי שיט בכל עת כדי לפקח על קיום הוראות פרק זה.
(ב)המנהל רשאי להורות למנהל נמל שלא להרשות כניסת כלי שיט שאינו ישראלי לתחום נמל אם הוא אינו נושא תעודת אישור תקפה, או למנוע יציאתו של כלי שיט כאמור מתחום נמל, עד שיוכיח להנחת דעת המנהל כי הוא נושא תעודת אישור כאמור.
