6. נכס נטוש של תאגיד
רואים נכס אשר בבעלות או חזקת תאגיד כנכס נטוש, שסעיף 4 חל עליו אם כל שותפיו, מנהליו או מנהלי עסקיו, לפי המקרה, של התאגיד, עזבו את האזור.
