4. תחילה
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה ביום י״ד בחשוון התשע״ז (15 בנובמבר 2016).
(ב)שר המשפטים, בהתייעצות עם שר האוצר ובאישור ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, רשאי, בצו, להאריך את תוקפה של הוראת השעה בתקופה אחת נוספת של עד שלושה חודשים.
