8. התליית רשיון וביטולו
תיקון: תשס״ו, תשע״ב
השר, בהתייעצות עם שר התיירות ולאחר קבלת חוות דעתה של הוועדה המקצועית, רשאי להתלות רשיון או לבטלו אם ראה אחת מאלה:
(1)לא נתמלא תנאי מתנאי הרשיון או הוראה מהוראות כל דין החל על הפעלת כלי הטיס;
(2)אין הפעלת כלי הטיס מתנהלת בבטיחות, ביעילות, בהכשרה או בהתחשבות הראויה בצרכי הציבור;
(3)קיים נימוק מן הנימוקים שבגללם רשאי השר לסרב לתת רשיון לפי חוק זה.
