1. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”בעל תפקיד בכיר“ – בעל תפקיד המנוי בטור א׳ בתוספת הראשונה;
”הצהרת הון“ – דין וחשבון מפורט שהוגש לפי סעיף 2;
”ועדת החוקה“ – ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת;
”חוק שירות המדינה (מינויים)“ – חוק שירות המדינה (מינויים), התשי״ט–1959;
”מפקח“ – גורם המנוי בטור ב׳ בתוספת הראשונה לצד בעל תפקיד בכיר;
”השר“ – שר המשפטים.
