10. שינוי התוספות
(א)השר, בהסכמת השר הנוגע בדבר ובאישור ועדת החוקה, רשאי, בצו, להוסיף בעלי תפקידים בכירים על אלה המנויים בתוספת הראשונה; בסעיף קטן זה, ”השר הנוגע בדבר“ – כל אחד מאלה, לפי העניין:
(1)לעניין שוטר או סוהר – השר לביטחון הפנים;
(2)לעניין חייל בצבא הגנה של ישראל – שר הביטחון;
(3)לעניין עובד רשות מקומית – שר הפנים.
(ב)השר, באישור ועדת החוקה, רשאי לשנות את הטופס הקבוע בתוספת השנייה.
