10. החזרת מילוות כתוצאה מהרחקת מועמד
(א)אם הועדה החליטה על כך, יעמוד לפרעון, ביום שנקבע על ידי הועדה בהחלטתה, כל מילווה שלפי החלטת הועדה קיבל, המועמד ממוסד מיישב לצורך התישבותו.
(ב)הועדה תפרט בהחלטתה את הסכום של כל מילווה כזה, והמועמד חייב להחזירו למוסד המיישב ביום שנקבע בהחלטה.
(ג)בכל הנוגע להוצאה לפועל, ההחלטה כמוה כפסק דין סופי של בית משפט מוסמך המחייב את המועמד לשלם למוסד המיישב, ביום שנקבע בהחלטה, כל סכום כאמור.
