16. הוראות מעבר
מי שמוסד מיישב יישב אותו בישוב חקלאי אחרי יום הקמת המדינה אך לפני תחילת תקפו של חוק זה, אפשר להרחיקו מהישוב החקלאי על פי הוראות חוק זה, אם התביעה להרחקה הוגשה לפני שמלאו שלוש שנים להתישבותו או לפני שמלאו שתי שנים מתחילת תקפו של חוק זה, הכל לפי המועד המאוחר יותר.
