Section 3 of חוק המועמדים להתישבות חקלאית, תשי״ג–1953, ועדות.
3. ועדות
(א)שר החקלאות ימנה ועדה אחת או יותר לענין חוק זה (להלן – ועדה).
(ב)כל ועדה תהיה של שלושה. יושב ראש הועדה יהיה שופט שיתמנה על פי המלצת שר המשפטים, ואחד מחברי הועדה יתמנה מתוך רשימות בני אדם שהוגשו לשר החקלאות מאת הסתדרויות ארציות של חקלאים או מאת גופים התישבותיים ארציים.
(ג)מינויה של ועדה יכול להיות כללי או מסוייג.
(ד)הודעה על מינויה של ועדה ועל כתבתה תפורסם ברשומות.
