5. החלטה בתביעה
בתביעה להרחקת מועמד מישוב חקלאי רשאית הועדה – לפי שיקול דעתה, אך בכפוף לסייגים שבסעיף 6 – להחליט אחת מאלה:
(1)לדחות את התביעה;
(2)להרחיק את המועמד מהישוב החקלאי.
