10. ביצוע ותקנות
שר החקלאות ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל ענין הנוגע לביצועו, ובכלל זה תקנות להסדר רישום עזים ולהסדר החזקתן של עזים לפי סעיף 5.
