3. איסור רעייה
על אף האמור בסעיף 2 ובפקודת היערות, לא ירעה אדם עזים –
(א)באזור מיוחד ליער או באזור יער סגור, כמשמעותם בפקודת היערות;
(ב)בכל אזור אחר ששר החקלאות הכריז עליו, באכרזה שפורסמה ברשומות, כאזור אסור ברעיית עזים.
