4. אחריות בעלי המקום
בעליו של מבנה או של מקום אחר המשכיר אותו מבנה או מקום או מחדש השכרתו או נותן הרשאה להשתמש בו או מחדש הרשאה כזאת ביודעו שהמבנה או המקום משמש או ישמש לגידול חזירים, החזקתם או נחירתם, דינו – קנס 5,000 לירות.
