Section 11 of תקנות הביטוח הלאומי (חיסכון ארוך טווח לילד), התשע״ז–2016, החלת הוראות מגיל הפדיון.
11. החלת הוראות מגיל הפדיון
(א)סכום החיסכון הצבור הכולל שלא הוצא בגיל הפדיון ימשיך להתנהל בקופת גמל או בבנק, לפי העניין.
(ב)הגיע הילד הזכאי לגיל הפדיון, יהיה הילד הזכאי רשאי להורות על העברת כספים בין קופות גמל להשקעה או בין מסלולים בקופות גמל להשקעה לפי ההוראות הקבועות לעניין זה מכוח חוק קופות גמל, או בין מסלולי חיסכון, לפי הוראות הסכם ההתקשרות עם הבנק, לפי העניין.
