3. הוראות מעבר לענין החלפה בדירות קיימות
בית משותף שבו הותקנה והופעלה מערכת גז מרכזית לפני תחילתו של חוק זה, ונקבעו בתקנון או בחוזה הוראות העומדות בסתירה להוראות סעיפים 59ד ו־59ה לחוק המקרקעין, רואים אותן הוראות כבטלות בתום חמש שנים מיום הפעלת מערכת הגז המרכזית, זולת אם ההוראות מיטיבות עם בעלי הדירות.
