1. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”ימי המנוחה“ – כמשמעותם בסעיף 18א לפקודת סדרי השלטון והמשפט, התש״ח–1948;
”חוזה“ – חוזה בין בעל בית עסק לבין אדם, שעניינו הפעלת בית העסק במתחם שבבעלותו או בניהולו של אותו אדם.
