5. הקצאת זכויות במקרקעין
בתוך 60 ימים מיום הרישום או נטילת הזכויות כאמור בסעיף 4, לפי העניין, יקצה הממונה את זכויות השימוש וההחזקה במקרקעין שנרשמו או שניטלו בהם הזכויות כאמור, לצורכי ההתיישבות שנבנתה על אותם מקרקעין, באמצעות מוסד מיישב.
