4. הגדלת שכר המינימום
שכר המינימום יוגדל לפי שיעורי תוספת היוקר, פיצוי בעד התייקרות או תוספת שכר אחרת, שנקבעו בהסכם קיבוצי כללי והמשתלמים לרוב העובדים שתנאי עבודתם מוסדרים בהסכמים קיבוציים; תחילת ההגדלה תהיה ביום תחילת התוספות כאמור.
