5. כשרות עיסקות
כל עיסקה שנעשתה בתום לב בין הממונה ובין אדם אחר בכל נכס שהממונה חשבו בשעת העיסקה לרכוש ממשלתי, לא תיפסל ותעמוד בתקפה גם אם יוכח שהנכס לא היה אותה שעה רכוש ממשלתי.
