6. עונשין
תיקון: 116
אדם העושה אחד מאלה:
(1)מעלים ביודעין רכוש ממשלתי;
(2)גורם ביודעין נזק לרכוש ממשלתי;
(3)מפריע לממונה במילוי תפקידו כדין;
(4)נוהג בניגוד להוראה שניתנה על־ידי הממונה כדין;
(5)שולח יד ברכוש ממשלתי,
דינו – מאסר עשר שנים או קנס של 20,000 ל״י או שני העונשים כאחד.
