3. תנאי עבודה
מנהל מחלקת חינוך של רשות מקומית יהיה עובד הרשות המקומית ויחולו על מינויו ותנאי העסקתו ההוראות החלות על עובדי אותה רשות מקומית אלא אם כן נקבעה בדין הוראה אחרת לענין זה.
