8. איסוף סטטיסטיקה כיצד
איסוף הסטטיסטיקה ייעשה בשאלונים שהוכנו בידי הסטטיסטיקן ונמסרו לאדם שממנו נדרשים הפרטים, או באמצעים אחרים שקבע הסטטיסטיקן.
