13. תקופת כהונה
(א)תקופת כהונתו של חבר מועצה תהיה ארבע שנים וניתן לשוב ולמנותו לתקופות כהונה נוספות, ובלבד שלא ימונה חבר מועצה מהמנויים בסעיף 10(א)(4) עד (12) ליותר משתי תקופות כהונה רצופות.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), כהונתם של חברי המועצה המנויים בסעיף 10(א)(1) ו־(2) יהיה כל עוד הם מכהנים בתפקיד שמתוקפו הם מכהנים כחברי מועצה.
