20. המנהל הכללי והמנהל האקדמי
(א)דירקטוריון החברה ימנה את המנהל הכללי של החברה.
(ב)הדירקטוריון רשאי להחליט כי לחברה יהיה גם מנהל אקדמי; החליט הדירקטוריון כאמור ימנה את המנהל האקדמי ויקבע את תפקידיו.
