26. עיקול וזכות עיכבון
הנכסים המנויים להלן אינם ניתנים לעיקול ולא תחול עליהם זכות עיכבון:
(1)ספרים ופריטים אחרים שבאוספי הספריה;
(2)בניין מושבה של הספריה;
(3)כל נכס אחר שהוא ייחודי לספריה, החיוני לפעילותה התקינה, בהתאם להוראות שקבע השר, בהסכמת שר המשפטים.
