30. פטור ממסים ומתשלומים אחרים
העברת נכסים מהאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים לחברה הבת ומהחברה הבת לחברה, לפי הוראות חוק זה, תהיה פטורה מכל אגרה, מס, היטל, או תשלום חובה אחר שיש לשלמו לפי כל דין בשל ההעברה כאמור, ולעניין זה תבוא החברה או החברה הבת במקום האוניברסיטה לכל דבר ועניין, לרבות לעניין פחת, מחיר מקורי ויום רכישה.
