24. ייחוד תהליך האיתור המיוחד
הגיש הטוען לזכות בנכס של נספה השואה שהועבר לחברה, תובענה בענין זכויותיו בנכס לבית המשפט, לאחר מועד הפרסום הראשון, לא ידון בית המשפט בתובענה עד לסיום תהליך האיתור המיוחד כאמור בסעיף 23, אלא אם כן ראה לנכון לעשות כן, מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו.
